𝐁.𝐉. 𝐉𝐨𝐲𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐝𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐡𝐮𝐬𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐚𝐝, 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫, 𝐩𝐨𝐝𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭. Hailing from Denver, Colorado, he takes immense pride in his roots and the distinguished individuals who have emerged from his hometown, particularly East High School – the home of the Angels. Noteworthy alumni include billionaire Robert Smith, three members of Earth, Wind, & Fire, Apollo 13 pilot Jack Swigert, actress Pam Grier, actor Don Cheadle, Cleveland Cavaliers head coach J.B. Bickerstaff, and Hattie McDaniel, the first Black American to win an Academy Award.

B.J. graduated summa cum laude from Lincoln University in Missouri with a BS in Marketing, ranking in the top 10% of his class. During college, he interned with INROADS at the Federal Reserve and First Data Corporation (now Fiserv) and remains a proud INROADS alum. Three weeks after graduation, he married his college sweetheart, who also graduated summa cum laude and is an INROADS alum.

Beyond his professional achievements, B.J. is deeply committed to family and community. He prioritizes his faith, followed by his roles as a husband and father. He finds joy in spending quality time with his family, cheering for his favorite sports teams, and indulging in his passion for cooking, particularly gluten-free meals for his family. As a local food connoisseur in Denver, B.J. is always ready to recommend great dining spots.
